Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and strategically develop key fashion accounts to ensure alignment with business goals
• Conduct and present revenue analyses and performance reports to partners during regular business meetings (QBRs)
• Create and evaluate KPIs and reports for business, performance, and assortment management
• Plan and execute projects focused on process optimization, internationalization, and account growth
• Develop and implement new processes to improve business models through cross-functional collaboration
• Act as a central point of contact between partners and internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Tech, and Legal

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Consulting, or Project Management
• Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Analytical mindset with a strong passion for working with KPIs and data
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to build long-term partner relationships
• Strong organizational skills and an entrepreneurial drive to manage projects independently
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in E-commerce or the fashion industry is a plus
