Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and strategically develop key accounts within the fashion sector
• Conduct and present sales analyses to ensure partner performance aligns with business goals
• Prepare and evaluate reports, KPIs, and analyses for regular business meetings (QBRs)
• Plan and execute projects focused on process optimization, internationalization, and account growth
• Develop and implement new processes through cross-functional collaboration
• Serve as the central point of contact between partners and internal departments like Sales, Logistics, Tech, and Buying

Requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience in key account management, sales, consulting, or project management
• Successfully completed degree in business or a related field
• Strong analytical thinking and proficiency in working with KPIs and data
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to build long-term partner relationships
• High proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive projects independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with online marketplaces or in fashion e-commerce
