About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic account growth by orchestrating multi-threaded relationships and solution positioning to accelerate revenue.
- Run executive discovery and value mapping to build multi-product proposals tied to customer outcomes.
- Guide complex pricing, terms, configurations, and competitive positioning.
- Lead pipeline reviews and maintain CRM hygiene to ensure reliable forecasting.
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to share customer insights and shape future campaigns.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a relationship selling role.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven success in consultative selling and driving account growth.
- Advanced negotiation, objection handling, and executive communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM and CPQ tools.
- Ability to analyze territory and account data to convert insights into actionable sales plans.
