Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding all aspects of Key Accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand customer requirements and uncover new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with partner Product teams to ensure offering conversion
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to stakeholders, emphasizing value and benefits
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in tech or telecoms
  • Proven track record in managing B2B customer relationships and growing share of wallet
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and Product Owners
  • Interest in the digital ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the iOS or Android App ecosystem
