Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding all aspects of Key Accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand customer requirements and uncover new business opportunities
- Collaborate with partner Product teams to ensure offering conversion
- Present and demonstrate products and services to stakeholders, emphasizing value and benefits
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Requirements
- 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in tech or telecoms
- Proven track record in managing B2B customer relationships and growing share of wallet
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and Product Owners
- Interest in the digital ecosystem
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the iOS or Android App ecosystem
