About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic account management and financial sales leadership for a portfolio of mid-market customers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas by identifying and closing incremental revenue opportunities
- Manage contract renewals to protect and grow existing revenue streams
- Maintain regular contact with accounts to ensure alignment with Comcast Business Services
- Deliver solutions related to Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, and other Business Class products
- Serve as the primary escalation point to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to develop account management plans
- Position and sell services to multiple organizational levels, including C-level and Executive personnel
Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of sales quota achievement
- Experience in contract renewal management and customer relationship management
- Strong business, communication, and prospecting skills
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
