Account Management Processer

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience by managing service job booking, billing, and operational coordination.
• Ensure accurate and timely booking of service jobs and complete job setup, billing plans, and scheduling notifications.
• Review open orders daily to drive timely job completion and assist with warranty and startup jobs.
• Process parts ordering, purchase orders, and AAP requests.
• Manage billing for projects, service contracts, time & materials, and fixed-price work to minimize missed revenue.
• Serve as an Accounts Receivable subject matter expert, resolving billing disputes and managing credit holds.
• Set up new customers and vendors accurately and maintain tax exemption documentation.
• Monitor operational metrics and report progress, trends, and issues to leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of customer service or service operations experience.
• 2+ years of working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or SAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Strong detail orientation with excellent follow-through and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across teams in a fast-paced service environment.
• Self-starter mindset with strong time and priority management skills.
