Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a group of 5–8 Account Managers to ensure quota performance and high morale
  • Oversee team metrics including spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Risk to drive segment outcomes
  • Hire, train, and develop career plans for direct reports through mentoring and enablement
  • Report on team performance and forecasts to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience building and leading account management teams
  • Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience
  • Proven success in fast-paced SaaS GTM environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, and Excel
  • Strong track record in negotiating and executing complex sales agreements
