Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a group of 5–8 Account Managers to ensure quota performance and high morale
- Oversee team metrics including spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Risk to drive segment outcomes
- Hire, train, and develop career plans for direct reports through mentoring and enablement
- Report on team performance and forecasts to senior leadership
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience building and leading account management teams
- Minimum 3 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience
- Proven success in fast-paced SaaS GTM environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high-growth startup
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Looker, and Excel
- Strong track record in negotiating and executing complex sales agreements
