Responsibilities
- Support the account management team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of client projects
- Act as a liaison between key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback, and requests
- Assist with project management by developing timelines and tracking deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, creators (KOLs), production partners, and external vendors
- Prepare creative briefs, meeting agendas, contact reports, and meeting minutes
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on creative assets and content
- Organise and maintain project documentation, file archives, and asset libraries
- Assist with social content productions by coordinating logistics and providing on-site support
- Work collaboratively with Strategy, Creative, Community, and Production teams
Requirements
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship of at least five months
- Positive, committed, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
- Eagerness to learn and receptiveness to feedback
- Willingness to step out of comfort zone when needed
