Responsibilities

  • Support the account management team in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of client projects
  • Act as a liaison between key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Respond promptly to clients’ concerns, feedback, and requests
  • Assist with project management by developing timelines and tracking deliverables
  • Coordinate with clients, creators (KOLs), production partners, and external vendors
  • Prepare creative briefs, meeting agendas, contact reports, and meeting minutes
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on creative assets and content
  • Organise and maintain project documentation, file archives, and asset libraries
  • Assist with social content productions by coordinating logistics and providing on-site support
  • Work collaboratively with Strategy, Creative, Community, and Production teams

Requirements

  • Ability to commit to a full-time internship of at least five months
  • Positive, committed, energetic, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Eagerness to learn and receptiveness to feedback
  • Willingness to step out of comfort zone when needed
