Account Management Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support the direct supply business through daily administrative functions, focusing on accuracy and operational execution.
• Manage product listing setup for partners, coordinating with internal teams to ensure all assets and information are accurate.
• Own the end-to-end direct brand purchase order flow, including order submission, tracking, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate inbound logistics and follow up with partners to ensure shipments adhere to delivery windows.
• Partner cross-functionally with Logistics, Compliance, Finance, Merchandising, and Engineering to ensure smooth business execution.
• Manage operational details for brand partnerships, exclusive launches, and seasonal activations.
• Handle recurring tasks such as partner payouts, cost management, and seasonal markdowns.
• Maintain and improve workflows to reduce errors and drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in a retail, brand, or wholesale environment is preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to process precision.
• Proficiency with Mac and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data entry and web-based platforms.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
