Account Management + Ad Operations Executive

Responsibilities

• Create ad-serving packages and traffic creatives from systems like DCM, Celtra, and Scoota into Appnexus and DBM
• Lead special projects for pre-campaign processes, creative compliance, and HTML5 migration
• Consult with clients on ad creative design and build
• Project manage creative design from brief through to quality assurance and client sign-off
• Manage CRM, opportunity, and IO management
• Handle pre-campaign management including pixels collection and PMP setup
• Troubleshoot creative testing and campaign activation
• Support insight planning and end-of-campaign reporting
• Perform finance administration including PO gathering and reconciliations
• Provide account management support and client engagement

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Ad-ops trafficking, campaign management, or client servicing
• Expertise in programmatic or social advertising (paid media)
• Hands-on experience with digital platforms such as Ad servers, DSP, SSP, or DMP
• Knowledge of the programmatic buying process
• Experience dealing with clients from China
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HTML5 and basic JavaScript
• Experience implementing new processes to promote operational efficiency
