About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic relationships with client executives and senior operational leadership
  • Define engagement success metrics and work backward from business and fiscal milestones
  • Manage the complete financial picture of engagements, including pricing, cloud costs, and partner incentives
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage renewal timelines
  • Recruit and shape three-person delivery teams consisting of Forward Deployed Strategists and Engineers
  • Orchestrate partner ecosystems including Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Systems Integrators
  • Serve as the primary owner for major client escalations and risk management
  • Lead executive demos and communicate AI/ML platform value to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management, management consulting, or customer success
  • Experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, or complex B2B SaaS environments
  • Proven track record of driving commercial outcomes like renewals and expansions in global manufacturing
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing enterprise dynamics and decision-making processes
  • Strong commercial acumen regarding contract negotiations and pricing structures
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with AI/ML, Industrial IoT, or advanced analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Databricks, or similar data/AI infrastructure
  • Experience as a co-sell partner with major cloud providers (Microsoft, AWS, GCP)
  • Background in enterprise-scale digital transformation leadership
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, or operations
