Account Intern

Responsibilities

• Support data entry, recordkeeping, and tax return processes
• Track and prepare monthly reconciliation documents
• Provide support for invoice and expense processes, including e-invoice and e-archive control
• Assist in the booking and clearing process for stock and import invoices
• Support AP and Retail Sales departments with e-invoice reconciliations
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial records and documentation
• Manage the filing, archiving, and transferring of physical financial documents

Requirements

• 3rd or 4th year university student or fresh graduate from a reputable university
• Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and strong numerical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented spirit
• Fluency in English
• Ability to work on a part-time basis
