Account Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor client portfolios to identify under-utilisation, declining engagement, or churn risks
• Work closely with Account Managers to develop action plans for at-risk clients and prepare for renewal conversations
• Track credit utilisation and support the adoption of visibility products like Signature and Hot
• Identify content gaps and coordinate follow-ups to improve listing coverage and client value
• Translate client usage and lead performance data into clear value narratives and growth recommendations
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify high-potential clients ready for package expansions or upgrades
• Maintain accurate client data, meeting notes, and risk signals within CRM systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Valid UAE driver's license
• 3+ years of experience in business development, consulting, analytics, or strategy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills
• Proven ability to develop data-driven account plans focusing on revenue growth and retention
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align account management with business objectives
