Responsibilities

• Support the Client Services team in daily client management and strategic follow-ups
• Assist in drafting client emails, progress reports, and essential communication materials
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to co-create creative solutions for digital campaigns
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams (creative, technical, and media planning) to ensure efficient project execution
• Provide direct assistance in preparing commercial presentations and support materials for meetings

Requirements

• Degree or Master's in Marketing, Management, Communication, or Advertising
• Must be eligible for an IEFP Professional Internship (mandatory requirement)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proactive profile with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
