Account Field Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site setup and tear-down of event activations
• Support and coordinate a team of brand ambassadors
• Serve as the in-field point of contact and troubleshoot issues
• Manage event materials, inventory, and equipment
• Ensure brand standards and execution quality are upheld
• Capture and report on event performance
• Build positive energy on-site for consumers and teams

Requirements

• High energy and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter capable of working in fast-paced environments
• Strong team player with excellent rapport-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to perform physical work including lifting and standing
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the province
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (asset)
• Previous experience in experiential marketing or events (asset)
