About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop employment and internship opportunities for job seekers through business sector relationships
- Initiate employer relationships via cold calling and business group involvement
- Cultivate relationships with employers in target industries
- Accompany job seekers on interviews and provide support
- Ensure program placement goals are met quarterly
- Prepare and deliver marketing presentations
- Participate in networking events and marketing meetings
- Travel throughout the 5 boroughs and out of state as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of marketing/sales/related experience, or Associate's degree plus 5 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with program staff
- NYS driver's license preferred with a clean driving record
