Responsibilities

  • Close high-volume, low-ticket sales via one-call closes
  • Conduct in-depth, hour-long strategy sessions with qualified leads
  • Represent the company at live events, pitching the mission and services from stage
  • Identify prospects’ goals and obstacles to recommend appropriate programs
  • Track results using CRM and proven sales systems
  • Collaborate with a mission-driven team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of top-performing sales experience
  • $250K+ in total lifetime sales
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales processes
  • Willingness to travel 2–4 times per month for events
  • Ability to speak in front of large audiences
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Westlake, Austin

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of high-performance sales experience
  • $1M+ in total lifetime sales
  • Experience with high-volume, low-ticket sales ($5K or less)
  • Prior experience speaking or presenting at live events
