Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients within the medium to large enterprise segment
• Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline for insurance brokerage services
• Provide expert risk advisory and establish tailored insurance solutions for industrial and commercial businesses
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and maintain close business connections
• Communicate effectively at the executive level, specifically with Chief Financial Officers (CFOs)
• Coordinate with insurance companies and internal specialist teams to deliver client solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales and advisory roles within the insurance industry
• Demonstrated ability to establish and implement insurance solutions for corporate clients
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Ability to communicate professionally with C-level executives
• Highly structured approach to pipeline development and networking
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
