Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up, traffic, and launch live ads across digital platforms including Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
• Partner with the Account Manager to respond to client briefs with multi-platform media plans
• Pull performance data and assist the team in adjusting live budgets to maximize campaign impact
• Utilize WPP Open AI agents to automate routine tasks and focus on strategy
• Manage media bookings, handle day-to-day finance queries, and reconcile campaign spend
• Maintain smooth working processes between internal creative partners, media owners, and the client
• Build relationships with key media partners and stay updated on emerging social formats and platforms

Requirements

• Recent graduate or equivalent relevant experience
• Demonstrable passion for digital marketing, social media, and brand-building
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
• A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and accept feedback

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or an internship at a digital or media agency
• Basic understanding of tracking and ad-serving technology (e.g., Campaign Manager 360 or social pixels)
• Familiarity with booking technologies such as Adazzle or DDS
