About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide outsourced Return to Work and injury management support services for a range of clients
- Deliver strategic advice to clients regarding claims and injury management
- Engage with strategic partners to deliver high-quality value to clients
- Assist with data analysis focused on workers’ compensation injury and claim trends
- Actively participate in the consultancy team by working on assigned projects and developing professional skills
Requirements
- Experience working for a rehabilitation provider, employer, or workers’ compensation insurer/agent
- Knowledge of National Workers’ Compensation arrangements
- Qualification in Allied Health or equivalent professional work experience
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects under pressure
- Ability to work effectively within a team to build credibility and trust
