Account Executive - Workplace Risk

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced Return to Work and injury management support services for a range of clients
• Deliver strategic advice to clients regarding claims and injury management
• Engage with strategic partners to deliver high-quality value to clients
• Assist with data analysis focused on workers’ compensation injury and claim trends
• Actively participate in the consultancy team by working on assigned projects and developing professional skills

Requirements

• Experience working for a rehabilitation provider, employer, or workers’ compensation agent/insurer
• Qualification in Allied Health or equivalent professional work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects under pressure
• Strong ability to work as a team player, demonstrate credibility, and gain trust
