About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute an enterprise sales strategy targeting large organizations in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, and Defense.
  • Lead consultative, multi-persona discovery sessions with CHROs, CISOs, and CIOs to diagnose identity gaps and quantify the impact of fraud and compliance risks.
  • Drive both direct enterprise deals and co-sell motions alongside platform partners to build and close a qualified pipeline.
  • Articulate the ID.me Employee Lifecycle value proposition through compelling presentations, demos, and executive-level proposals.
  • Spend significant time in the field engaging in person with enterprise security and talent leaders to accelerate deal progression.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless customer handoffs and long-term value.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying, "hunter" sales role.
  • A proven track record of achieving year-over-year quotas and being recognized as a top performer.
  • Experience closing enterprise opportunities with ACVs ranging from $100k to $1m.
  • Experience selling technology into top-tier commercial enterprises.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience in leading sales methodologies (e.g., Command of the Sale, Message).
  • Experience in employment, hiring, or identity-related solution fields is strongly preferred.

  • Experience working within a high-growth startup environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-trust relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
