Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Build, own and maintain long-term relationships with clients as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor
• Connect internal capabilities with client objectives to propose repeatable solutions and strategic initiatives
• Lead strategic account planning and execution to drive client success and long-term growth
• Communicate effectively across all levels from executives to technical leads
• Identify and present risk/reward opportunities to maximize value for both client and organization
• Create and maintain comprehensive account plans with clear action items
• Monitor key account metrics including revenue, backlog, team performance, and client satisfaction
• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions
• Act as the voice of the client internally to ensure alignment with service delivery

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in account management, business development, or delivery leadership
• Experience in a software consulting or services environment
• Experience in Media & Entertainment
• Knowledge of industry frameworks for client success and growth
• Proven track record of farming and growing enterprise or mid-market software accounts
• Analytical mindset with ability to connect business insights to actionable strategies
• Strong client management and communication skills
• Open to travel
