Responsibilities
- Cultivate new business opportunities within assigned territory
- Own and execute the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Identify key influencers within target accounts
- Navigate strategic customer conversations to uncover core business challenges
- Connect solutions with prospective customers’ pain points
- Communicate value propositions to position against competitors
- Develop proposals focused on addressing prospective client needs at scale
- Partner with CSMs to grow existing business and exceed new business targets
- Perform product demos via Microsoft Teams or similar technology
Requirements
- 2-3+ years experience in selling software or SaaS solutions
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience selling to brands and/or retailers is a plus
- Comfortable with phone, video, and client-facing interactions
- Certification in and strong belief in consultative sales methodology
- Ability to uncover and quantify complex business challenges
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Results-driven and a strong problem solver
