Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily in-person visits to clinics, long-term care homes, retirement facilities, and rehabilitation centers
• Actively prospect and develop new accounts through door-to-door outreach and territory-based selling
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with facility administrators, procurement teams, and healthcare staff
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment and supply solutions
• Manage and grow an assigned territory with a focus on new client acquisition and account retention
• Follow up on quotes, orders, and ongoing supply requirements to ensure continuity of service
• Coordinate with internal operations and logistics teams to support order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of activity and pipeline development within CRM systems
• Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor activity

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or B2B outside sales roles
• Strong comfort level with daily travel and in-person, door-to-door business development
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers in person
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience selling into healthcare, long-term care, or facility-based environments is a strong asset
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation required
• Resilient and energetic with a performance-driven mindset
