About the role

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities. Having secured €3.3M in seed funding, we are now entering our next growth phase to define the energy infrastructure of the future.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire inbound sales cycle by advising owners of multi-family houses from qualified inquiry to handover.
  • Conduct structured advisory consultations, identify decision criteria, and guide customers through the decision process.
  • Independently manage and drive your sales pipeline toward successful closings.
  • Optimize sales processes, including CRM structures, pitch arguments, and follow-up procedures.
  • Test new conversation guides, objection handling, and closing strategies to make the inbound process scalable.
  • Provide a systematic feedback loop between the market, product, and operations teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar sales-driven role.
  • Background in energy, real estate, or SaaS environments is highly preferred.
  • Fluent German (C2 level) with the ability to explain complex products clearly and persuasively.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over your pipeline and revenue responsibility.
  • Structured, KPI-driven work style with a focus on improving conversion rates.
  • High resilience and a proactive approach to handling objections.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin.
