About the role
About the Company
Vizzia provides waste management solutions to local authorities, helping ensure cleaner and safer public spaces. The company is scaling rapidly with a goal to reach €100M ARR by 2029.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a sales pipeline by generating 5-10 qualified meetings per week
- Map accounts and identify key decision-makers such as Mayors and technical services
- Run full sales cycles from discovery to closing, targeting €350K ARR in the first year
- Navigate complex institutional decision-making processes within the public sector
- Maintain CRM accuracy and follow the established sales playbook
Requirements
- Proven track record in complex SaaS sales with 4–6 month cycles
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and sell innovative solutions
- Commercially assertive, curious, and structured approach to meetings
- Autonomous, organized, and comfortable in a scale-up environment
- Full professional proficiency in French and English
- Valid driving license (Permis B)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public sector sales
