About the role

About the Company

Vizzia provides waste management solutions to local authorities, helping ensure cleaner and safer public spaces. The company is scaling rapidly with a goal to reach €100M ARR by 2029.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline by generating 5-10 qualified meetings per week
  • Map accounts and identify key decision-makers such as Mayors and technical services
  • Run full sales cycles from discovery to closing, targeting €350K ARR in the first year
  • Navigate complex institutional decision-making processes within the public sector
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow the established sales playbook

Requirements

  • Proven track record in complex SaaS sales with 4–6 month cycles
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and sell innovative solutions
  • Commercially assertive, curious, and structured approach to meetings
  • Autonomous, organized, and comfortable in a scale-up environment
  • Full professional proficiency in French and English
  • Valid driving license (Permis B)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in public sector sales
