About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day lead for client accounts, building trusted relationships and managing communication cadences.
  • Translate client briefs into clear work plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource dependencies.
  • Coordinate internal creative, digital, and production teams to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-brief execution.
  • Support business development efforts by assisting with proposal writing, pitch materials, and client discovery.
  • Monitor account profitability by managing scope creep and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation, including project timelines, decision logs, and client reporting dashboards.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in account management or client servicing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of creative, content, digital, and production workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-ready documentation and proposals.
  • Proven experience using project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset.
