About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through strategic expansions and high renewal rates within an existing book of business
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Account Managers
- Build and maintain deep relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide adoption
- Lead complex contract renewal negotiations and manage sales cycles within existing accounts
- Act as a strategic partner by providing customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to refine expansion strategies
- Maintain operational excellence through accurate forecasting and diligent pipeline management in CRM
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise software sales
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts and navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving high retention rates in a SaaS environment
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with an ability to navigate ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Martech or Adtech industry
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to brand marketers
