About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive expansion and renewals by identifying growth opportunities and new use cases within existing accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI and align on strategic objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and VP-level stakeholders
- Lead contract renewal negotiations and manage complex sales cycles
- Partner with Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to provide customer feedback and refine expansion strategies
- Manage expansion pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene with operational excellence
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Enterprise software sales
- 3+ years of experience managing enterprise accounts and driving expansions
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and high renewal rates in a SaaS environment
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or early-stage environment
- Strong ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and decision-making structures
- Martech or adtech experience preferred
