Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders
- Use customer signals and usage patterns to identify expansion or re-engagement opportunities
- Quarterback customers end-to-end by deploying Sales Engineers, Product, and Support teams
- Own and grow a portfolio of startup customers from early adoption to scale
- Partner with founders as they adopt AI-native features and architectures
- Use automation, agents, and self-built workflows to maximize impact
- Refine early sales motions into repeatable playbooks
Requirements
- Ability to learn complex technical products quickly
- Experience owning revenue outcomes across various deal sizes
- Strong sales acumen and commercial excellence
- Ability to speak comfortably with developers and founders
- Proficiency in reasoning about modern web and AI-native application architectures
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments
