Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Promote company products and services while building relationships with new and existing accounts
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for customer inquiries and order management
• Increase share of wallet with existing customers through face-to-face meetings and market trend evaluation
• Execute customer call plans and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Utilize CRM tools (Sysco 360) for account management, opportunity tracking, and task management
• Manage customer order guides, limited-time offers, and product alerts
• Provide product information and practical training to customer personnel

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record meeting company insurability standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in foodservice sales, B2B sales, or restaurant management
• Background in culinary arts or hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts
• Working knowledge of FreshPoint customers and sales support best practices
