About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth across the EMEA region.
- Identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities through phone, email, social, and in-person networking.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and forecasts within the CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners to expand recurring revenue.
- Represent ThreatLocker at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
- Share market feedback with sales leadership and marketing to refine strategy.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow relationships in customer-facing roles.
- Comfortable managing a pipeline and staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-driven mindset.
- Adaptability and a strong willingness to learn technology sales.
- Resilience and the drive to perform daily prospecting and cold calling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior sales experience in the technology sector.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
