About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding monthly quotas and daily activity expectations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing
  • Conduct high-volume daily sales calls to connect with decision-makers
  • Use consultative selling to uncover prospect needs and deliver persuasive presentations
  • Follow up with potential clients to negotiate and close agreements
  • Maintain meticulous notes and manage time effectively within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental team members to hit collective goals

Requirements

  • Excellent phone presence and ability to engage others
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Persuasive communicator with confidence in presenting to decision-makers
  • Competitive spirit and high energy in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset and desire to learn
  • Ability to commit to 40 hours per week during 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of high volume outbound sales experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
