Account Executive/Territory Supervisor (Trauma)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and provide clinical case support to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Trauma and Spine portfolios
• Execute sales plans and activities aligned with local commercial strategies
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to expand business impact
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and healthcare customers to strengthen market presence
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance analyses, and summaries to identify improvement opportunities
• Prospect and develop new accounts to grow the customer base
• Track and report monthly insights on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity
• Gather customer feedback to support service quality improvement and portfolio expansion

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of sales, clinical support, or marketing experience in the medical device industry
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
