About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and provide clinical case support to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the Trauma and Spine portfolios
- Execute sales plans and activities aligned with local commercial strategies
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities to expand business impact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and healthcare customers to strengthen market presence
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance analyses, and summaries to identify improvement opportunities
- Prospect and develop new accounts to grow the customer base
- Track and report monthly insights on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity
- Gather customer feedback to support service quality improvement and portfolio expansion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales, clinical support, or marketing experience in the medical device industry
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese
