Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for new enterprise customers
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate large, matrixed enterprise accounts
• Engage with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to position Temporal
• Navigate complex technical discussions and align capabilities with customer priorities
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects as a trusted advisor
• Partner with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams
• Identify and capture high-value opportunities to drive net-new customer acquisition

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
• Proven track record of selling to software engineers and technical decision-makers
• Experience navigating and closing deals within large, matrixed organizations
• Experience driving high-growth sales motions and scaling revenue
• Familiarity with consumption-based sales models and developer tools
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for technical and executive audiences
• Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-paced, high-growth environment
