About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close for new enterprise customers
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate large, matrixed enterprise accounts
- Engage with software engineers, architects, and technical stakeholders to position Temporal
- Navigate complex technical discussions and align capabilities with customer priorities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects as a trusted advisor
- Partner with customer success, solutions architecture, and product teams
- Identify and capture high-value opportunities to drive net-new customer acquisition
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
- Proven track record of selling to software engineers and technical decision-makers
- Experience navigating and closing deals within large, matrixed organizations
- Experience driving high-growth sales motions and scaling revenue
- Familiarity with consumption-based sales models and developer tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for technical and executive audiences
- Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a fast-paced, high-growth environment
