Responsibilities

• Activate and implement new logo accounts and get them up and running on the platform
• Identify activation and expansion opportunities within your customer base
• Be responsible for the success of a broad book of business
• Create and grow relationships with our champions
• Drive consistent activity, pipeline development and quota attainment
• Partner with product marketing to deliver proper messaging and content to Temporal Cloud customers
• Design and execute programs to support the identification, design and productionisation of new case cases with your customers
• Identify ICP accounts and pursue the right opportunities in the right accounts to drive ARR growth
• Work closely with our Start Up Program team and Self Sign Up team to ensure success for the right new logo prospects

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Development
• Passion for technology and an aptitude to learn technical concepts like databases and cloud infrastructure
• Ability to act with a high level of autonomy and ownership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new processes
• Experience with tools like Salesforce, Slack, Outreach, Gong, or CommonRoom

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology
