About the role

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and service new and existing key accounts to increase revenue across linear, digital, experiential, and social platforms
  • Prospect new business through self-generated leads, cold calling, and networking to expand the client base
  • Develop monetization solutions for clients and ensure superior customer service throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Manage business plans, pipelines, revenue projections, and detailed account records
  • Achieve individual quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Oversee all aspects of campaign implementation, including client orders, traffic instructions, promotions, and proof of performance
  • Collaborate with support staff and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of all advertising campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4-5 years of direct media sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Minimum of 3 years of multi-platform sales experience, including streaming (OTT) and digital advertising
  • Demonstrated experience closing medium to large-scale deals of $500,000 and above
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Working knowledge of industry tools such as Winmo, MediaRadar, Vivvix, Matrix, Strata, and Wide Orbit
  • Ability to work onsite in New York, NY, with flexibility for travel and extended hours as needed
  • Established network of agency, client, and brand manager relationships

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish (reading and writing)
  • Deep expertise in multimedia sales processes, pricing models, and measurement platforms
