Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new National Account opportunities across various sectors
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and gross margin targets
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client workforce challenges and hiring needs
• Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and contract terms
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned National Accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews and workforce planning meetings with clients
• Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client staffing requirements
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within CRM systems

Requirements

• 3+ years of industry sales, business development, or workforce solutions experience
• Proven track record of generating new business and growing client accounts
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
• Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise-level organizations
• Ability to travel 25-50%
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• National Accounts or multi-location staffing experience
• Experience working with MSP, VMS, and enterprise workforce programs
• Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, and distribution sectors
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales reporting tools
