Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage the profitable operation of an assigned branch office
• Implement business development programs to maximize billable hours and sales growth
• Direct customer development activities through face-to-face contact and relationship building
• Manage recruitment, training, and retention of temporary employees
• Implement bill/pay structures to ensure proper gross profit levels
• Assist in annual forecasting for billable hours, sales, and profit
• Maintain 1500 billable hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry
• Proven track record in successful business development
• Extensive internet recruiting experience
• Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills
• Proficiency with PC applications and navigating internal systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and evaluate people to determine courses of action
