About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales quotas by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the UKI territory
- Drive revenue growth through a combination of new business acquisition and expansion of existing customer accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor by creatively sourcing prospects and positioning Rapid7’s portfolio to meet specific customer needs
- Maintain deep expertise in the cybersecurity and cloud markets to build credibility with prospects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Channel, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless implementation and account growth
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience within a software or technology company
- Proven track record of driving revenue through prospecting and new business generation
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry is preferred
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and meet actionable milestones
- Willingness to travel weekly for customer and partner meetings
