We are on a mission to transform a $800B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. Backed by Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp, Agentio is building the infrastructure powering a generational shift in media dollars.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt relentlessly by owning and filling a large outbound pipeline from scratch
  • Execute multichannel outreach at high velocity using email, LinkedIn, phone, and in-person tactics
  • Close complex, high-value deals with CEOs and executives at leading creator management firms
  • Utilize AI tools to research, personalize, and prioritize outreach at scale
  • Act as a consultant by developing deep expertise in creator economics and platform dynamics
  • Provide feedback to the product roadmap based on frontline conversations with creators and managers

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying, outbound-heavy sales experience in SaaS, marketplace, or the creator economy
  • Proven track record of building pipeline from scratch and closing high-value deals
  • AI-native mindset with active use of AI tools for prospecting and pipeline management
  • High-volume prospecting DNA and discipline in top-of-funnel generation
  • Ability to operate with speed and comfort in ambiguous, high-growth environments
  • Exceptional ability to build trust quickly with executives and creators

Preferred Qualifications

  • Existing relationships in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or digital media
  • Experience selling into management firms, agencies, or media companies
  • SDR/BDR background with strong process discipline
