Account Executive, Strategic

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined list of named strategic accounts to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
• Apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen C-level relationships
• Align with executives on business challenges to gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
• Conduct thorough analysis to create strategic account plans and multi-thread at a senior level to identify expansion opportunities
• Co-create with cross-functional partners to position Figma and drive deals forward
• Leverage in-person meetings and networking to advance executive-level relationships

Requirements

• Multiple years of experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business
• Experience working with the highest tier of Enterprise customers (5000+ FTEs)
• Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles of 9 months or longer
• Proficiency in a sales methodology and process that creates value for customers
• Fluency in both French and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling solutions to technical audiences in Engineering, Product, and Design teams
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
• Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
