About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a defined list of strategic accounts to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen C-level relationships
- Align with executives on business challenges to gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments
- Conduct thorough analysis to create strategic account plans and multi-thread at a senior level
- Co-create with cross-functional partners to position Figma and drive deals forward
- Leverage in-person meetings and networking to advance executive-level relationships
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience closing sales for a software or SaaS business with high-tier Enterprise customers (5000+ FTEs)
- Demonstrated experience successfully managing complex sales cycles (9 months+)
- Consistent performance in meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business
- Proficiency in a sales methodology and process that creates value for customers
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling solutions to technical audiences within Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment
- Certification in deal qualification and prospect discovery
