About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute deal cycles from inception to close for large organizations with deal sizes ranging from $500K to $1M+
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels
- Drive value-based selling strategies using MEDPICC
- Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities through prospecting and market research
- Create strategic growth opportunities for existing customers
- Build cross-functional relationships with business development, marketing, deal desk, and customer success teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Enterprise and Strategic sales
- Proven success in executing complex deal cycles and high-value sales
- Strong understanding of value-based selling and MEDDPICC
- Ability to research accounts and develop a strategic point of view
- Demonstrated history of net-new prospecting and pipeline generation
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Ability to travel to customer sites and company gatherings
- Experience working with brands such as Kerring, Loreal, or Stellantis
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Force Management’s Command of the Message
- Experience in a startup or emerging growth technology company
- Fluency in Italian, Spanish, or Hebrew
