About the role

Responsibilities

  • Active telephone acquisition of new B2B customers across Germany, focusing on SMEs
  • Independent management of the entire sales cycle from identification to closing
  • Daily outbound activities to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Efficient use and maintenance of Salesforce CRM for lead qualification and documentation
  • Close collaboration with Customer Service to identify additional customer potential

Requirements

  • Initial experience in telephone sales or sales
  • Completed vocational training or university degree
  • Strong communication skills and active listening
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
  • Goal-oriented, independent work style with strong sales drive
