About the role
Responsibilities
- Active telephone acquisition of new B2B customers across Germany, focusing on SMEs
- Independent management of the entire sales cycle from identification to closing
- Daily outbound activities to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Efficient use and maintenance of Salesforce CRM for lead qualification and documentation
- Close collaboration with Customer Service to identify additional customer potential
Requirements
- Initial experience in telephone sales or sales
- Completed vocational training or university degree
- Strong communication skills and active listening
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
- Goal-oriented, independent work style with strong sales drive
