About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned EMEA territory to achieve new customer acquisitions
- Lead and manage tendering, RFP, and formal bid processes
- Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media
- Manage prospect and existing account pipeline from lead to closure
- Build long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and industry leaders
- Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for market insight
- Provide feedback for new product development and future evolution
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience presenting to stakeholders and decision makers
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS software sales experience
- Experience in student accommodation, student property management, or multi-family property markets
- Experience selling into Universities or PBSAs within the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of software licensing contracts and pricing
- Strong outbound sales and account management skills
