About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned EMEA territory to achieve new customer acquisitions
  • Lead and manage tendering, RFP, and formal bid processes
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media
  • Manage prospect and existing account pipeline from lead to closure
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects, customers, and industry leaders
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for market insight
  • Provide feedback for new product development and future evolution

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience presenting to stakeholders and decision makers
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • SaaS software sales experience
  • Experience in student accommodation, student property management, or multi-family property markets
  • Experience selling into Universities or PBSAs within the EMEA region
  • Strong understanding of software licensing contracts and pricing
  • Strong outbound sales and account management skills
