Account Executive Specialist Cross Border Trade

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned leads of targeted sellers and actively prospect for new sellers to grow the Mercado Libre Mexico marketplace.
• Analyze customer needs and business obstacles to identify opportunities and determine potential services.
• Perform competitive price analysis of customer product catalogs against the Mercado Libre catalog.
• Analyze customer data to make and execute strategic recommendations that maximize seller potential.
• Implement and track key metrics to record the success and quality of seller engagement.
• Prospect and close business to achieve quarterly quota targets for both quantity and quality of recruited sellers.
• Develop a deep understanding of the e-commerce industry and Mercado Libre's product features and functionalities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 4 years of sales experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Valid visa and/or permanent work authorization.
