Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within mid-enterprise segments in frontline sectors such as Social Care, Retail, or Hospitality
• Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting to closing deals
• Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Build deep relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
• Represent Sona at industry events and conferences to drive pipeline activity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer, and Product teams to provide market insights

Requirements

• Proven experience selling complex technology products
• At least 2 years in a closing sales role, ideally in a high-growth B2B environment
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas and targets
• Startup mindset with comfort in ambiguity and adaptability to change
• Strong growth mindset and unmatched work ethic
• Competitive yet collaborative nature
