About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities within a specific region to meet revenue targets
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing
- Execute sales activities for full-stack Observability (on-prem and SaaS) and database portfolios
- Engage with IT decision-makers using a consultative sales approach
- Partner with sales engineering to conduct product demonstrations
- Identify cross-sell, up-sell, and renewal opportunities to grow expansion business
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity reports within Salesforce
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience selling within an Enterprise Book of Business in the IT or software industry
- Proven track record of closing $100k+ opportunities over a 3-6 month sales cycle
- Strong understanding of network management, infrastructure monitoring, and database products
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a complex sales pipeline and work both independently and collaboratively
